Mount Kilimanjaro Itinerary:
Day 1: Kilimanjaro Climb - Machame Gate to Machame Camp
We begin our 6-day adventure at Machame Gate, entering the breathtaking realm of Mount Kilimanjaro. The trek to Machame Camp includes two stops along the way, providing opportunities to absorb the stunning scenery.
Day 2: Machame Camp to Shira Camp
Continuing our ascent, we leave Machame Camp and head towards Shira Camp. This day's journey offers one stop, allowing us to marvel at the captivating landscapes surrounding us.
Day 3: Shira Camp to Lava Tower to Barranco Camp
Our trail takes us through the diverse terrains of Shira Camp to the Lava Tower, where we pause to catch our breath. Descending to Barranco Camp, we relish in the spectacular views and enriching experiences.
Day 4: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp
Leaving Barranco Camp, we progress to Karanga Camp before reaching Barafu Camp. This leg of the journey presents us with unique challenges and rewards as we ascend higher.
Day 5: Barafu Camp to Summit to Mweka Hut
A day filled with determination and excitement awaits as we make our way from Barafu Camp to the awe-inspiring Summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. After conquering Uhuru Peak, we descend to Mweka Hut for a well-earned rest.
Day 6: Mweka Camp to Moshi
The final day of our expedition takes us from Mweka Camp back to Moshi. As we bid farewell to the magnificent Kilimanjaro, we carry with us cherished memories of an unforgettable climbing tour and the pride of having stood atop Africa's highest peak.
